1976. A scorching summer. On the family farm, 13-year-old Gus senses that the heat is not only affecting the animals and the fields, but is also disrupting the behaviour of the adults around him. During his vacation, Gus will witness the end of his father's traditional world of farming as well as the explosion of his family nucleus. In a few months, he will have left his childhood innocence behind for good.
