Born in 1970 in Samedan. Studies at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art, with subsequent engagements at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, Schauspiel Frankfurt, Deutschen Schauspielhaus in Hamburg, Berliner Ensemble and the Schaubühne in Berlin. Honoured with the Karajan Prize from the Eliette von Karajan Cultural Foundation for her interpretations. Performances in a diverse number of cinema films and television productions, as well as alongside Ulrich Tukur in the fiction film “Das weisse Band,” which with the Golden Palm in Cannes in 2009.
