The col­lec­tion sub­mit­ted ap­peals be­cause of the ex­trav­a­gant cut­ting, but above all be­cause of un­con­ven­tional ma­te­ri­als and a spe­cial colour qual­ity. By ex­ploit­ing the spe­cific ma­te­r­ial qual­i­ties of leather and knit­ting yarn com­bined with for­mal re-in­ter­pre­ta­tions of cut­ting el­e­ments, Hin Phu Tran de­vel­ops clearly rec­og­niz­able per­sonal hand­writ­ing. It forms a basis on which he is able to built up his work ac­cord­ing to his own prin­ci­ples and with a high level of con­sis­tency.
