With Lux Rec, Daniele Barbiero and Dominik Schmid have started a label identity that has grown over 15 years towards an intense universe with a stringent, unrivalled output. Its visual language not only manages to hold up against the heritage of Swiss style, it also pays homage to great national and international names in underground electronic music such as Underground Resistance, Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft, Unknownmix and Rephlex Records. Shaped by music and its surrounding ephemera, with collaborations in Switzerland and abroad, Lux Rec has established itself as a reference within a wide and lively subcultural network.
