Pietro Zuercher
Pietro Zuercher was born in Mendrisio, Switzerland, in 1976. In 1997 he took part in a filmmaking workshop at the Maine Film and TV Workshop in Rockport and from 1998 onwards he started to gain professional experience as an assistant cameraman, training as a steadicam operator and working as a cinematographer on various short films. In 2000 he enrolled at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles, graduating in 2002 with a master’s degree in cinematography. Pietro Zuercher has been working as a cinematographer all over the world since 2003.
