Over 15 years, the graphic design work for Kunstverein in Amsterdam developed by Marc Hollenstein has established and maintained a distinct, reduced visual language centred on a handwritten logotype letterhead and black-and-white printing. The work shows a deep awareness of international and historical traditions in graphic design and art with references resonating from Fluxus, Dada and Concrete Poetry. The result is a coherent yet adaptable body of work that stands out for its integrity and long-term vision.
