Through interviews, state-of-the-art analysis and design methods, Robin Luginbuhl explores the role of the designer in the prospective sustainability of sneakers, with the aim of improving the life cycle of shoes by making them easier to disassemble. The jury salutes the panoply of experiments in repairing, restoring, replacing and recycling, which offer concrete solutions for both consumers and producers.
